Content guidelines

Content guidelines ensure consistency across platforms and strengthen brand recognition through a well-defined mission, voice, tone, and style. This guidance is intended to describe best practices and standards for writing on the PennMedicine.org website. There is value in consistency across all Penn Medicine properties, and this guide may serve as a useful baseline for writing on other platforms, but there may be exceptions depending on the channel, platform, or audience.
